This Sunday is our Pastor’s last service. We intend to shower him with gratitude and love for starting this body of believers and giving the last 17 years of his life here. We are asking for sacrificial giving, both monetarily AND in cards and letters. Over and above, just as Pastor has done for us. And be prepared to give a verbal expression of thankfulness and testimony during the special service. Thank you so much! Contact Bro. Stangeland, Bro. Turner or Bro. Edes.
Join us for Bible Study tonight at 7:00. We are continuing a refreshing look at 1 John.

From Joe Hendrigsman - Hey Friends in the ministry! Would you pray for my team and I as we head to Juchitán, Oaxaca in the morning. This is the area that was most devastated by the recent earthquake in Mexico. We are heading out at 8 AM CST to take food, clothes, Bibles and John/Romans. We have close to 700 Gospel packets made up that contain tracts, John/Romans, a one page Bible study, and a response card that can be mailed back to us. We live about 2.5 hours from Juchitán so prayers for traveling, prayers for souls, prayers for the people who have lost everything. We are excited to show the love of Christ to the Oaxacan people. Please also pray for us as we are still feeling tremors from the earthquake and are a bit on edge. Thanks for praying!
We are expecting a TREMENDOUS crowd for First Responders Sunday. Because if this, we need as many people as possible to park in overflow parking. Thank you- Pastor.
Please pray with us regarding our First Responders Sunday this week. We have over 50 visitors schedule just for this event. We have a great desire to be a blessing to these brave men and women, as well as bring glory to God.
Praying for the nearly 90 soulwinners who are going out today. Thankful for the three that we have seen saved so far. Please continue to pray for us on the great American eclipse weekend and our evangelistic endeavors.
Please be much in prayer about the upcoming Great American Eclipse. As ground zero for the eclipse, Hopkinsville will be inundated with visitors from around the world. Our church is one of the designated viewing sites for the eclipse and we are expecting 1000 people to be on the property for the event. We are trying to use this as an evangelistic opportunity, so we are coveting your prayers in this matter.
